3SIXTEE - DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY

DELIVERY

All items will be dispatched by First Class Recorded Delivery by either Royal Mail or our courier service and can take 2-3 working days to reach you from the dispatched date.
We estimate that all orders will be ready for dispatch within 2 weeks from the date of order. Please note during peak times demand can be very high and therefore delay in delivering items is sometimes out of our control, however we will notify you of any delays by email.

Deliveries shall be made to the delivery address supplied by you or if available and selected by you to your university student union.

Delivery costs are calculated by the weight of the item(s) and are based on the below structure:

• 0g – 750g = £2.95
• 751g – 1250g = £4.50
• 1251g – 5000g = £5.95
• Above 5000g = £5.95 + 30p for every additional 1000g
• Deliveries to university SU = £1.95 (this service is only available on selected items)
• Orders above £200 in value = FREE DELIVERY

RETURNS

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase and therefore our returns policy is simple. We will accept any returns where our products are damaged, defective or faulty as long as you notify us within 14 days from receipt. However items made to order cannot be refunded if the item/size/colour is simply found to be unsuitable.

Important information:

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us at the address provided below. Please package items appropriately so as to avoid any damage and use a reputable postal service that will insure you for the value of the items.
