1 3sixtee (a partnership) ("3sixtee") is completely committed to protecting the privacy of the visitors to this Website (as defined in the Terms and Conditions).

2 3sixtee will only use information collected about you in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We will not disclose information about you to third parties except in providing a service to you - e.g. arranging delivery or for credit checks or where you say

• help fraud prevention i.e. 3sixtee checks card details with its credit agency and reserves the right to refuse orders on that basis (your credit rating can be checked for a nominal fee with the main UK agencies Equifax and Experian)
• notify you about 3sixtee services and products, events, special offers and other related news that you may find useful;
• share this data with other reputable companies from time to time both within and outside the European Union who, together with 3sixtee or not, may use the information or parts of it to occasionally broadcast it or notify you about 3sixtee events or related activities that you may find useful.

5 You are entitled to be informed of the personal information 3sixtee holds about you. 3sixtee is happy to comply with such a request once it has satisfied itself as to your identity. However, to protect the privacy of others 3sixtee cannot comply with such a request if it would result in the disclosure of information about another person unless it would be reasonable to do so or that person has consented to the disclosure. It may be necessary to charge an administration fee to provide this information, but the fee shall not exceed £10 and the information will be provided within 40 days of receipt of your request.

6 3sixtee will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

7 If you do not want 3sixtee to collect or process your personal data, please do not submit it and if you have or you believe that we have data about you that is incorrect please amend it via your account on the 3sixtee website.
